Food delivery platform Zomato announced on Wednesday that it has launched a daily meals-on-wheels service where its food partners will collaborate with home chefs. “Zomato Everyday will bring you closer to home by serving meals that will make you feel at home,” company founder Deepinder Goyal said in a blog post. “Our food partners collaborate with home chefs, who design each recipe with love and care to serve you healthy, homemade meals at the best price in minutes,” he added.

Goyal informed that Zomato Everyday is currently only available in certain areas of Gurugram.

“With fresh meals starting at just Rs. 89, our customers can eat healthier and better every day,” Goyal said.

Users will be able to order homemade meals on Zomato Everyday using a simple process. They will have the choice to personalize their selected meal, available on the menu, which will be served to them by in-house chefs.

As seen in the screenshots shared by Zomato on his blog, users will see the daily home chefs and menu appear on the homepage. With affordable prices, Zomato Everyday will make it easy for office workers and students to order from the food delivery platform.

However, the company hasn’t revealed whether the meal comes with additional delivery costs and taxes.

A few days ago, a spokesperson for Zomato confirmed plans to rebrand its ten-minute food delivery service to Instant, while dispelling rumors that the service was not shutting down. There were reports claiming that the company was planning to shut down Instant, which launched less than a year ago, due to tough market conditions.

The food aggregator had launched Instant in March 2022. It looks like Everyday is the rebranded Instant.
