This is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 4G and it is one of the four members of the series that we have in the office. So let’s do some unboxing. It comes with a case, USB cable and 33W charger.

We have the blue model. Here it is next to the Green Redmi Note 12 – the 5G variant. They have the same 6.67-inch 120Hz Super AMOLED with the same 1080p resolution. Additionally, both phones have 5,000mAh batteries with 33W charging support. Xiaomi claims you’ll get from 0% to 50% in 22 minutes.

On the back of the Redmi Note 12 4G is a 50MP f/1.8 main shooter, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro unit. There’s a 13MP selfie stick on the opposite end.

The Redmi Note 12 4G is a big device, but it feels light, thanks to its 184g weight. The flat sides make it a comfortable phone in the hand, and the matte-finish body is also free from fingerprints most of the time. The blue color is nice too. But does it work well enough to warrant a recommendation? Stick around to find out!
