What Arsenal’s Emile Smith Rowe told Conor Gallagher after Chelsea star’s England debut

What Smith Rowe said to Conor Gallagher

The clash with San Marino would also see Conor Gallagher make his senior England debut.

The Chelsea midfielder, on loan at Crystal Palace, came on at half-time in place of Kalvin Phillips.

Now, football.london have revealed what Emile Smith Rowe, who made his senior debut vs Albania and was handed his first start vs San Marino, said to Gallagher after the midfielder notched his first England cap.

As per FL, Gallagher was asked whether he would have thought earlier in the week that he would be making his senior debut.

“No, I didn’t.”

Gallagher’s interview was then interrupted by Smith Rowe who said:

“Well played. You’re a legend.”

Gallagher responded by stating:

“Congrats on the goal.”

Smith Rowe then ended the interaction by stating:

“Congrats on the debut, you deserved it.”
