Video: Backstage tunnel footage provides inside look at Arsenal’s post-Leicester celebrations
A piece of footage to have surfaced online on Sunday, showcasing the immediate post-Leicester celebrations on the part of Arsenal’s stars, will no doubt bring a fresh smile to the faces of the club’s fanbase.
Foxes downed
Mikel Arteta’s men were of course back in action a little over 24 hours ago.
After continuing an impressive recent resurgence courtesy of a 2-0 downing of Leeds United to book their spot in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup during the week, Arsenal made the trip to the Midlands, for a Premier League showdown with Leicester City.
And, when all was said and done at the King Power, the visitors went on to make it nine successive outings without defeat across all competitions.
Another impressive display ultimately culminated in Arteta and co. emerging on the right side of a 2-0 scoreline, owing to strikes on the part of Gabriel Magalhaes and Emile Smith Rowe.
It was in fact Gunners shot-stopper Aaron Ramsdale who stole the headlines, though, courtesy of a Man of the Match display, including the following contender for save of the season:
Aaron Ramsdale that is insane! 😱
How he kept out this James Maddison free-kick, we will not know! 🧤⛔️

Gunners glee
In turn, with their latest triumph – on the back of an opening to the season which left them glued to the foot of the Premier League table – having seen Arsenal climb back into the top-6, it should come as little surprise to hear of the club’s stars being in jubilant mood following the full-time whistle on Saturday.
And now, as outlined above, an up-close look at some of the north Londoners’ immediate post-match celebrations has been provided.
In footage taken from the tunnel at the King Power, the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette and Aaron Ramsdale can be seen (and heard) taking full advantage of the moment, owing to another fine day’s work:
