Tottenham await response as 60 million euro offer tabled for latest winger target
Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur have tabled a hefty offer for Porto winger Luis Diaz, according to reports late on Thursday.
The info comes courtesy of Portuguese transfer journalist Goncalo Lopes, held in high regard across the country.
Lopes claims that those in a position of power on the Lilywhite half of north London have stepped forward with a proposal worth a whopping 60 million euros, to lure Diaz away from the Estadio do Dragao before before next week’s winter transfer deadline.
The ball is now firmly in Porto’s court, as all associated with Spurs patiently await an update on what could prove to be a season-altering addition to Antonio Conte’s ranks.

For those not aware, wide-man Diaz, who generally operates on the left, has enjoyed a scintillating campaign to date, racking up 14 goals and 4 assists across 18 appearances in the Liga NOS.
Traore Barca bound
News of Tottenham’s Diaz swoop of course comes fresh on the back of the capital giants missing out on the services of chief January target Adama Traore.
Earlier today, Daniel Levy and co. saw their hopes of landing Traore dealt a fatal blow, as the Wolverhampton Wanderers star inches towards a return to the Camp Nou with Barcelona.
The Spanish international is expected in Catalunya on Friday, ahead of undergoing his Blaugrana medical, and putting pen to paper on terms through the remainder of the campaign.
