The one thing Arsenal must do to for outcast to join Watford

Sead Kolasinac linked with a Watford move

As reported by 101 last week, Arsenal outcast Sead Kolasinac is a potential target for Claudio Ranieri and Watford as they look to build a squad capable of avoiding relegation.

The Bosnian has played just one minute of Premier League football since he played the entire game at the Etihad, where Arsenal got hammered 5-0, in August.

And while he is currently ruled out with an ankle injury that he suffered playing for his national side in November, the 28 year -old defender is expected to return in January, just in time for a move away from the club.

It was thought that he may leave last summer, but no agreement could be reached, meaning that he approaches January with six months left on his north London contract.

But, to make a move happen, Arsenal will have to agree to one thing.

What Arsenal have to do to push Kolasinac move through

What was initially thought of as interest from Watford in a permanent move for the Bosnian has since transpired as interest in a loan move instead.

To make this happen, however, Arsenal would have to agree to subsidise his 100k per week wages, as the head honchos at Vicarage Road have no intention of adding the full amount to their payroll.

Any loan move would effectively mark the end of Kolasinac’s time at Arsenal, with no new contract being offered by Arsenal when his current deal expires in June. But, they now have a chance to get at least some of his wages off the books six months early.
