Apple released a new trailer for Season 3 of its award-winning series Ted Lasso on Monday. It has been nearly two years since the previous season of Ted Lasso to hit Apple TV Plus. At the end of season 2, he got a head coaching job at West Ham United.

He confronts the kind and compassionate Ted Lasso of former colleague Jason Sudeikis. At the end of Season 2, the former American college football manager saw English football team AFC Richmond earn promotion to the Premier League.

Season 3 will see ‘newly promoted AFC Richmond face ridicule as media predictions widely see him as the last in the Premier League and Nate (Nick Mohammed), now hailed as the ‘wunderkind’, is gone. working for Rupert (Anthony Head) at West Ham United,” according to Apple’s official description.

He continues: “Following the controversial departure of Nate from Richmond, Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein) becomes assistant coach, alongside Beard (Brendan Hunt). Meanwhile, as Ted (Jason Sudeikis) deals with the pressures at work, he continues to struggle with his own personal issues at home, Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham) focuses on defeating Rupert and Keeley (Juno Temple) navigates As the boss of his own PR agency, things seem to be falling apart both on and off the pitch, but Team Lasso is ready to do their best anyway.”

Ted Lasso was a pandemic hit when it premiered in 2020, becoming the most-nominated first season in Emmy history. Season 2 saw episode lengths stretched a bit and a transition from strict comedy to dramatic comedy.

Season 3 is said to be the last of the show. Hannah Waddingham, Jeremy Swift, Phil Dunster, Brett Goldstein, Brendan Hunt, Juno Temple and Jodi Balfour are among the cast.

This third season of Ted Lasso will premiere on Apple TV Plus on March 15, with new episodes every week. It will consist of 12 episodes.
