Specifications of the Realme 10 Pro series global variants announced ahead of the December 8 launch in India
As the Realme 10 Pro series approaches its launch date in India, a detailed look at the specs and design of the global variant of the smartphone has emerged. The Realme 10 Pro 5G and Realme 10 Pro+ 5G global variants are said to house the Snapdragon 695 5G and the MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G respectively. The devices retain the “hyperspace” design of the China and India variant, with some differences under the hood.
A preliminary preview of Mobile Octa has lifted the curtain on the global variant of the Realme 10 Pro series ahead of the phone’s launch in India on December 8. The preview suggests that both phones in the series will feature a 120Hz display and a 108-megapixel main camera. The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G Global variant is said to run on the Dimensity 920 SoC. The Indian variant, however, will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC, according to the Realme website.
The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G, according to leaked specs, features a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED panel with 800 nits of peak brightness. By comparison, the 10 Pro 5G is designed to get a 6.72-inch IPS LCD display that goes up to 680 nits of peak brightness. Both handsets are said to sport a 16-megapixel front camera and run on Android 13 Reame UI 4.0 out of the box.
Both models of the Realme 10 Pro series are said to come in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants and pack 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. The Realme 10 Pro 5G and 10 Pro+ 5G both come with a 5,000mAh, with the former supporting 33W fast charging and the latter packing a 67W “SuperVOOC” fast charging system.
Realme VP Madhav Sheth previously announced that the Indian variant of the Realme 10 Pro + 5G will be priced below Rs. 25,000. However, no official price has yet been revealed ahead of the launch of the December 8. The Realme 10 Pro series will go on sale at 12:30 p.m. on Flipkart, which also has a dedicated page for handsets.
