Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold5, Flip5, Watch6 and Tab S9 set to debut in late July

According to a new rumor from unnamed and unspecified sources, Samsung’s next big Unpacked launch event will take place the last week of July. That’s sooner than expected, given that it’s traditionally August, when the company held its second announcement bonanza of each year.

Not this time, however – at least if we are to believe what is still an unverified and unconfirmed rumor. Keeping that in mind, let’s not forget that this is where the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 are to be introduced to the world, alongside the Galaxy Watch6 and Galaxy Tab S9 series. Since the company usually likes its events to take place around the middle of the week, if this rumor comes to fruition, expect the next Unpacked to take place on July 25, 26, or 27.

Having the unveil a few weeks or so earlier than last year won’t make a huge difference, but it could be a signal that Samsung is aware of the growing competition it faces in certain areas (the foldable space, for example). ), and wants to respond to the world’s Find N2 Flips and Pixel Folds a little earlier than it otherwise would have.
