Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra memory and storage details leaked

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has already been spotted in the Geekbench database, and details about its chipset and battery have also been leaked. Today, it’s time to focus on memory and storage configurations, because a new leak brings us just that.

According to an insider on Twitter, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will be available in three versions: with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, and with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. . As so far there have been no rumors that Samsung has ditched the microSD card slot from the Galaxy Tab S9 line, we assume it is still there to supplement your storage needs.

Note that the entry-level model with 128 GB of space will have UFS 3.1 storage, while the other two will get UFS 4.0. The reason for this is that there are currently no 128GB UFS 4.0 storage chips available. It’s the same situation we saw with the 8/128GB iteration of the Galaxy S23 earlier this year.
