After weeks of leaks, Samsung’s highly anticipated mid-range duo is finally official. Discover the Galaxy A34 and the Galaxy A54!
Interestingly, the Galaxy A54 is the smallest phone, sporting a 6.4-inch 1080p Super AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and Vision Booster support. The Galaxy A54 measures 158.2 x 76.7 x 8.2mm and weighs 202g.
The Galaxy A34 has a larger 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display, but retains the 1080p resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and Vision Booster enhancements. The phone measures 161.3 x 78.1 x 8.2mm, but weighs a few grams less at 199g.
The duo also share the IP67 rating for dust and water protection as well as the 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging, but that’s where the similarities end.

The Samsung Galaxy A54 features a 50MP f/1.8 main camera, a 12MP f/2.2 fixed-focus ultra-wide shooter, and a dedicated 5MP f/2.4 macro camera. There’s a 32MP f/2.2 selfie camera on the opposite end.

The Samsung Galaxy A34 makes do with a 48MP F/1.8 main camera, an 8MP F/2.2 ultrawide unit, and a 5MP F/2.4 macro shooter. The selfie camera on this one has a 13MP sensor.
The Galaxy A54 is powered by the Exynos 1380 5nm chipset, while the Galaxy A34 is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 6nm. You can get a phone with 6GB or 8GB of RAM, coupled with 128GB or 256GB of expandable storage.

The Galaxy A34 is available in Lime Green, Graphite, Purple and Silver and costs €390 for the 6/128GB model and €460 for the 8/256GB model.
The Galaxy A54 is available in Lime, Graphite, Violet and White, starting at €490 for the 6/128 GB model, the 8/256 GB is at €550. The phones will hit markets in Europe and Asia starting this month.
