The expansion of the online store allows more small and medium-sized businesses than ever to shop and enjoy benefits tailored to their needs
Samsung Electronics today announced the opening of a new online store for its B2B customers in Germany. The new store will be added to expand to 30 countries globally.
Samsung B2B Online Store is a service of Samsung.com offering products and solutions, and shopping benefits — all dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The Samsung B2B online store accepts various payment options for businesses, such as installment payments and bill payments. Plus, customers can take advantage of exclusive business-only promotions, total purchase discounts, and technical support. Additionally, customers can shop from a diverse product portfolio of Samsung Electronics, ranging from TVs, monitors, air conditioners and refrigerators to mobile products such as laptops, tablets and mobile phones.
Samsung Electronics launched its B2B online store for the first time in October 2021 in Australia, France, Turkey, UK and US. Since then, the service has expanded significantly across Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East with impressive coverage of 30 countries in less than a year and a half.
“Key elements of the remarkable expansion of B2B online stores are open accessibility, a simple shopping process and a variety of specialized payment methods for SMEs,” said Daniel Kang, executive vice president and head of of the D2C center at Samsung Electronics. “As we see the potential for growth in online B2B business globally, Samsung will continue to expand and develop services to provide practical benefits and support to our SMB customers.”
Compared to last year, the average number of new registered members worldwide has increased by 100% and sales on B2B online stores have doubled in growth from February.1 Based on these achievements, Samsung Electronics plans to further develop its online B2B retail footprint to maximize benefits and services specifically for SMBs.
