
Samsung and TOILETPAPER collaborate to showcase cutting-edge, iconic designs for bespoke devices – Samsung Global Newsroom

In collaboration with creative partner TOILETPAPER, Samsung offers new limited-edition bespoke panels that maximize bold self-expression and personalization in the kitchen.
Samsung Electronics today unveiled the company’s collaborative design work with TOILETPAPER, the creative studio founded by artist Maurizio Cattelan and photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari. Unveiled at Fuorisalone during Milan Design Week 2023, the collaboration brings TOILETPAPER’s unique and disruptive art style to limited-edition Samsung Bespoke fridge panels.
At the heart of the Samsung Bespoke philosophy is the goal of pushing the boundaries of white appliance designs to introduce new modes of personal expression through personalization. In many ways, TOILETPAPER and Samsung have a similar creative vision, which encourages self-expression and embraces experimental design concepts. For bespoke design, this comes in the form of personalization and personalization, while TOILETPAPER specializes in unconventional, avant-garde art styles that make bold statements about life.

The four new Bespoke panel designs that Samsung is presenting in collaboration with TOILETPAPER are titled “Dessert Lady”, “Lipsticks”, “Magic Mirror” and “Roses with Eyes”. The “Lipsticks” and “Roses with Eyes” designs will be available for Bespoke Bottom Mounted Freezer (BMF) models while the “Magic Mirror” and “Dessert Lady” designs will be available for 1-Door and 4-Door refrigerator models. These limited edition TOILETPAPER refrigerator panel models will be available for purchase in global markets from the first half of the year.
At Fuorisalone 2023, these four bespoke refrigerator panel designs will be on display for visitors to experience up close at the Samsung stand at Art Point Superstudio Più Via Tortona, Milan, from 11am-9pm April 18-22 and 11am at 18 o’clock. noon on April 23.
The new designs are on display for Milan Design Week at TOILETPAPER Home, located in Via Giuseppe Balzaretti, 4, and at TOILETPAPER Apartment, located next door. From April 18 to 23 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., visitors can experience the latest Samsung products and collaborative design pieces with TOILETPAPER through pop-up screens at TOILETPAPER Home. Guests staying at TOILETPAPER Apartment, a newly opened hospitality facility, will also be able to see one of the new bespoke fridge panel designs that will remain even after Fuorisalone ends.
