Rockstar Games will announce GTA 6 on May 17

According to several claims from the gaming industry, the Grand Theft Auto series may soon receive its next installment. GTA 6 is currently in development, and reports indicate that Take Two, the parent company of Rockstar Games, will officially announce the new game during its investor call on May 17.

Hip Hop Gamer recently tweeted a series of incoherent phrases, along with a photo with Take Two CEO Strauss Zelnick. He also said, “Grand Theft Auto 6 will be a memorable moment forever,” and we can only assume it will be part of the game, or at least have some spicy information to keep players going.

Tez2, another insider who often leaks information about Rockstar Games, has revealed that GTA Online’s annual summer update may include teasers for the eventual GTA 6, also styled as GTA VI. Speculation has been swirling for several years, as the gaming community is still waiting for a new game, ten years after the arrival of GTA V and its immersive atmosphere and glorious sunsets over Los Santos.
