Revealed: The two players Tottenham are open to selling after Chelsea

Tottenham Hotspur are understood to be open to parting ways with Dele Alli and Giovani Lo Celso, before the January transfer window slams shut.

For those not aware, midfield pair Alli and Lo Celso were both omitted from Antonio Conte’s latest squad.

Spurs made the trip to Chelsea earlier today, eventually succumbing to a disappointing 2-0 defeat, owing to strikes on the part of Hakim Ziyech and Thiago Silva.

Whilst the rest of the Lilywhites’ stars stumbled their way through proceedings, though, both Alli and Lo Celso were left with little choice but to watch on from home.

The latter even took to social media, to confirm that his matchday absence had not come as a result of an injury of any form:

And now, a fresh insight into the situation has been provided.

The info comes courtesy of Goal, who have confirmed that Antonio Conte has sanctioned exits for both Lo Celso and Alli before the winter transfer window slams shut.

It now remains to be seen whether or not sufficient offers are forthcoming for the pair over the coming week.

Ndombele PSG bound?

Alli and Lo Celso of course mark far from the only members of Spurs’ ranks tipped to secure departures from north London before January is out.

Also widely expected to move on is Tanguy Ndombele, on the outside looking in under yet another manager at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium at present.

Transfer insider Fabrizio Romano provided an update on the situation on Sunday, confirming that talks remain ongoing between Spurs and French giants Paris Saint-Germain, with a view to striking a loan deal for the 2nd half of the season:
