Revealed: The staggering sum Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo earned after hat-trick vs Norwich
After netting a hat-trick vs Norwich, Cristiano Ronaldo has earned himself a tidy goal bonus, it has been revealed.
Manchester United faced off with Championship-bound Norwich City on Saturday afternoon.
The Red Devils have been in awful form of late, but managed to eke out a 3-2 win thanks to a Cristiano Ronaldo hat-trick that was capped off by the Portuguese finally scoring a free-kick after many, many attempts.

As well as scoring a hat-trick, Ronaldo has earned himself a staggering £850,000, according to reports.
Said fee has been given to Ronaldo because he was rewarded with £750,000 after reaching the 20-goal landmark for the seaosn, whilst he was also due £100,000 simply for scoring.
It is added that should Ronaldo finish 2021/22 as United’s top scorer, which he currently is by some distance, he will net a further £1m.
Has Ronaldo’s transfer been worth it?
Manchester United fans, already buoyed by the additions of Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane, were likely very happy when Cristiano Ronaldo returned to Old Trafford.
However, United’s season has not gone to plan at all, with the Red Devils out of all cup competitions and in danger of not even making the top-four.
As for Ronaldo, whilst he has scored 21 and assisted three in 35 outings since his return, there is an argument that the 37-year-old’s presence in a squad can hinder the players around him.
And whilst not all the blame can be put on CR7 for their poor campaign, that does seem to have been the case at United this year.
