Realme GT Neo5 SE display details revealed ahead of April 3 unveiling

Realme will unveil the GT Neo5 SE at an event on April 3, which was officially known since last week. Today, ahead of next week’s announcement, we get some details about the phone’s display, thanks to a teaser posted by the company itself on Weibo.
The Realme GT Neo5 SE screen will have a refresh rate of 144Hz and it supports 2160Hz high frequency PWM dimming (instead of DC dimming support, this is the best thing for those that are sensitive to low frequency PWM).

As you can see in the teaser above, the screen is flat and it features a centered hole-punch for the selfie camera. According to the prolific leakster Digital chat stationwho posted the image which you can see below, the size will be 6.74″, there will be an in-display fingerprint sensor and the maximum brightness will be 1400 nits. Realme itself says that we should expect “1.5K” resolution, whatever that means.
The phone will be among the first to be powered by the recently announced Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset, which will be accompanied by up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage. Unsurprisingly, the Realme GT Neo5 SE would come with Android 13 on board, with Realme OS 4.0 on top.
Keeping the lights on would be a massive 5,500mAh battery supporting 100W fast wired charging. On the camera side, there will be three on the back with a 64MP headliner and a 16MP snapper at the front. The device should be offered in two colors: black and “Final Fantasy”.
