Real Madrid’s Vinicius Jr. bags latest individual award
Real Madrid wide-man Vinicius Jr.
has, on Friday, been rewarded for his stellar recent stretch of form in La Liga.
Blancos standout
Brazilian international Vinicius is of course currently in the midst of something of a statement campaign.
After years of question marks surrounding whether his undoubted potential would ever be pieced together in the form of the finished product, ‘Vini’ has once and for all silenced his remaining critics.
Cutting in from his favoured left flank, the 21-year-old has lit up the Spanish football scene and European competition alike, on his way to twelve goals and five assists across just 22 appearances in La Liga and the Champions League.
Recent weeks have proven particularly impressive, with Vinicius having netted crucial goals versus the likes of Sevilla and Real Sociedad, to guide Real a full eight points clear at the summit of the Spanish top-flight.
His stunning effort against the latter, with just minutes remaining in proceedings, even saw early comparisons drawn with Blancos icon Cristiano Ronaldo…

And, as alluded to above, on Friday, Vinicius’ stellar domestic form of late has seen the explosive attacker rewarded by the powers that be in Spain.
As confirmed a short time ago, the starlet has been named as the La Liga Player of the Month for November:
