Qualcomm partners with Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team

Exactly a year ago Qualcomm signed a partnership with the Ferrari F1 team, but the chipmaker’s logo was missing from this year’s Ferrari car which was unveiled yesterday. Today the explanation came as Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 unveiled its own 2023 car and confirmed that Qualcomm is now one of its partners.

The partnership aims to provide unique online and offline experiences. One would hope that Qualcomm is preparing immersive VR or non-VR racing experiences involving the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 team.
