The Xavi revolution currently taking hold at Barcelona in the wake of his return to Catalunya has been one of the stories of the season in Europe during the 2021-22 campaign, but the Spanish giants are not lining up a. move for Argentine star Paulo Dybala to add to the ranks under the legendary midfielder.

Dybala is all but guaranteed to leave Juventus this summer after the former US Palermo and Instituto AC forward has severed all lines of communication with the Serie A giants.

But despite his insistence that he will look for greener pastures next season and being linked with the likes of Italian rivals Inter Milan as well as Tottenham director of football Fabio Paratici looking to bring him to north London under Antonio Conte, Barcelona is not one of the cadre of clubs across Europe that will be looking to secure his services during the upcoming summer window.

As reported by the reliable Reshad Rahman who cited transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, Dybala is not on the Barcelona priority list at the time of writing, with the player’s agent on the hunt across the map in exploratory endeavors to find his client the right move in a matter of months.

Instead, Barcelona could seriously consider a move for Borussia Dortmund starlet Erling Haaland and make the Norwegian goal machine the key accent point on a youthful reinvigoration program at the Camp Nou, which would certainly please La Masia graduate Pedri who has called for Haaland to come to Spain.

Though Paulo Dybala is set for an exit from the Allianz Stadium in the summer, the 28-year-old Laguna Larga-native is adamant about finishing his time in Turin on a high note.

According to reports in la Gazzetta dello Sport, Dybala is still eager to work hard and has every intention to end his Juventus stint on a high note. The Argentine international has already spoken with both Max Allegri and everyone at the club regarding his desire to remain professional and help Juven on the pitch as best he possibly can for the remainder of the season as the Old Lady of Italian Football are in prime position for a top-four finish but have a small outside chance at making a late run at another Scudetto.

Dybala has reaffirmed his willingness to work hard for the club as well, and some of that unquestionably will revolve around putting himself in the shop window especially if Inter Milan makes good on their interest in a move that could see himself become the long-term partner of Argentine teammate Lautaro Martínez in a move that would involve the least amount of adjustment for the player.
