Nuno Espirito Santo confirms Harry Kane is available for Tottenham’s clash with Man City
Kane linked with Man City
The ongoing transfer saga of the summer so far has, of course, centered around Harry Kane.
It was reported in March that Kane would like to leave Tottenham.
Then, in June, it was claimed that Manchester City had made a bid of £100m for the centre-forward:
Manchester City made an official proposal to Tottenham for Harry Kane. £100M guaranteed + availability to include players in the deal.#THFC have NO intention to accept. Harry wants to go, but Levy will try to keep him. ❌
Harry now focused on the Euros, then it’ll be decided.

Reports of Man City’s interest continued into the following month, with it claimed that the Sky Blues wanted to sign both Kane and Jack Grealish – the former of which is now a Man City star.

Kane available to face Man City
Tottenham, though, seem determined not to part with their star player.
But the saga took another twist last week when it was reported that Harry Kane had failed to turn up to Tottenham training.
Kane then came out to refute these claims via a statement on his social media accounts:

And now, Nuno Espirito Santo has confirmed that Kane will be available for Spurs’ first Premier League game of the season, which takes place against Manchester City on Sunday.
When asked about Kane’s availability for the match by Sky Sports News, Nuno stated:
“All the players in the squad that work on a daily basis will be options for us.”
