South African influencer, Kim Khlowie opens up about her pregnancy to followers.

“You never understand life until it grows inside you,” she said.

The media star shared photos of her pregnancy and her followers, including friends, celebrated her.

Faith Nketsi who is her bestfriend congratulated her and spoke about how she kept in secret.

“I’m in tears this has been the hardest secret to keep. Congratulations Chomi. I love you so much and I can’t wait to meet our baby . You are going to be an amazing mommy. You’ve wanted this for so many years and I’m so so so happy for you . I love you and this bundle of joy. God bless your beautiful soul please help me congratulate umzala wami,” Faith said.
