More Samsung Galaxy A54, Galaxy A34 specs leak alongside colorful renders

Specs and renders for the Samsung Galaxy A54 and Samsung Galaxy A34 surfaced last month, and today some of them have reappeared, this time with some spicy new details to explore.

Previous leaks suggested the A34 would have a Dimensity 1080 chip and 8GB of RAM, but WinFuture says we should expect a Mediatek MT6877V chip with 2.2GHz speeds, which could be Dimensity 900, 920, or 1080 with an underclocked processor. The website also said that Europe will get 6/128 GB and 6/256 GB memory versions.

The upcoming midrangers will stick to the new design that Samsung is implementing across its smartphone portfolio – no camera islands, just circles for shooters. The new leak revealed that the duo will share three colors: lime green, purple, and black.

The fourth paint job is white for the Galaxy A54, while the Galaxy A34 will be a gradient that changes hue when light hits it from different angles.

Coming back to the Samsung Galaxy A54, the source didn’t say anything we haven’t heard before – 6.4-inch AMOLED panel with 1080p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The selfie camera will have a 32MP sensor, while the rear hosts a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide shooter and 2MP auxiliary sensor.

The Galaxy A34 configuration is downgraded to a 13MP selfie camera and a 48MP main, 8MP ultrawide and 5MP rear assistant.

Both phones will have a 5,000 mAh battery and will be IP67 certified. Samsung is expected to hold a separate event for the Galaxy A series this month, and the source claimed that prices for the midrangers will rise in Europe, just like they did for the Galaxy S23 flagships. .
