Modern Love Hyderabad trailer: The Telugu-language anthology promises to be a heartwarming approach to relationships

Modern Love Hyderabad trailer is here. On Monday night, Amazon Prime Video shared a nearly two-minute trailer for its Telugu-language adaptation of the popular American anthology Modern Love. The second trailer for Modern Love Hyderabad begins with a touching voiceover about how humans learned to fall in love before they even mastered the art of speaking. We then get a glimpse of the main characters as they try to figure out the layered nature of relationships. In a particularly revealing sequence, we hear the line “every animal has its own dating pattern”. The Modern Love Hyderabad trailer also includes a soothing song that plays in the background, adding a touch of tenderness to the romance of the reel.

The six episodes of Modern Love Hyderabad are produced by Elahe Hiptoola with Nagesh Kukunoor as showrunner. THE Iqbal director is also directing three episodes. Of the remaining three episodes, Uday Gurrala, Devika Bahudhanam and Venkatesh Maha direct one each. The cast of Modern Love Hyderabad includes Nithya Menen, Revathy, Aadhi Pinisetty, Ritu Varma, Abijeet Duddala, Malavika Nair, Suhasini Maniratnam, Naresh Agastya, Ulka Gupta, Naresh and Komalee Prasad.

Kukunoor said in a prepared statement, “Love is an emotion that has endless expressions. For Modern Love Hyderabad I tried to focus on how love helps us grow, learn to trust and forgive. Apart from being a love letter to itself, Modern Love Hyderabad also gives an insight into the extraordinary city of Hyderabad, which is steeped in culture and history but vibrates with the vibrancy of youth. The city is the almighty character in all the love stories in this incredible series.

Modern Love Hyderabad is the second Indian adaptation of Modern Love after Modern Love Mumbai, the Hindi version, which debuted on May 13 on Amazon Prime Video. It will be followed by the Tamil language adaptation Modern Love Chennai, although a release window is not known.

All six episodes of Modern Love Hyderabad will be released on July 8 on Amazon Prime Video.
