Manchester United would head into the international break having gone unbeaten in their opening three Premier League games of the season.
The Red Devils would begin their campaign with a 5-1 hammering of bitter rivals Leeds United at Old Trafford.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and co. would then draw 1-1 with Southampton before picking up a 1-0 win over Wolves last weekend.

Mason Greenwood would score in all three of these games, netting once vs Leeds, the only United goal of the day vs Southampton to earn a point and then, of course, the winner in the victory over Wolves.
Greenwood wins POTM award
On the back of this, Greenwood has been named as Manchester United’s Player of the Month for August.
The 19-year-old would beat Paul Pogba, who already has five assists for United this season, and Bruno Fernandes to the award.
After Greenwood won the August POTM award, Solskjaer had this to say on the forward:
“The way he has developed the last couple of seasons, you can see the way he burst away on that second goal, I think that is a man compared to a boy that was in the first-team two years ago,” the United boss said.
“I like what he has done in pre-season. He has worked so hard to get his fitness and he is ready to go.”
