As per Corriere dello Sport, the world-class forward has been offered to the English side for as little as 25 million pounds. Ronaldo is of course familiar with Manchester, having spent the formative years of his career rivals Manchester United before his move to Real Madrid.
Could he prove a suitable alternative to Harry Kane?
Kane named in Tottenham UECL squad
Spurs have a qualifying tie against Pacos de Ferreira to contend with before they can even think about silverware, and are heading to Portugal for the first leg on Thursday.
Nuno Espirito Santo has named his Tottenham squad ahead of the two legs, and perhaps surprisingly, has included wantaway forward Harry Kane.
Fellow wantaway players Tanguy Ndombele and Serge Aurier are both excluded, which could perhaps suggest that Kane is becoming increasingly likely to stay.

Silva, Laporte and Jesus up for sale but not attracting interest
Meanwhile, a trio of Manchester City players are thought to be for sale but unable to find clubs.

As per The Athletic, Bernardo Silva, Gabriel Jesus and Aymeric Laporte are all free to leave should a suitable bid be made. In Silva’s case at least, however, the estimated price-tag of 60 million pounds is putting off any potential suitors.
While this is not solely a Manchester City problem, it could well be a fatal blow in their chase of Harry Kane.
