Grealish new bumper wage revealed

Manchester City are set to confirm the signing of Jack Grealish from Aston Villa in the coming days.

The Citizens and Villa agreed on a 100 million-pound deal which will smash the current UK record.

His wages are set to fall in line with such a massive figure and the Express claim that Grealish could earn as much as the 300,000 pounds per week.

This is 100,000 pounds more than what Villa had offered to him.

Kane still targeted, Nuno breaks silence

Despite the huge outlay on Grealish, this has not stopped City’s plans to pursue a deal for Harry Kane.

They could spend even more than they had done on Grealish to get the deal over the line.

Meanwhile, Spurs manager Nuno Espirito Santo spoke after Spurs’ 2-2 friendly with Chelsea on the future of Kane for the first time:

“It is not that I don’t want to comment — all this issue related to Harry, I believe we should discuss internally among us and try to avoid any kind of public argument or discussion about it.

“Us, we have to focus on what is important. We have to solve the situation but first between us. We solve the situation internally with the club. Speaking and trying to reach a better solution and conclusion to this situation.”

When asked if he had communicated with Kane yet but Nuno said this would be happening soon.

“The answer I will give you is I expect to speak with Harry soon and I haven’t had the chance yet,” he said. “Anything in relation to Harry is internal so first of all we have to first of all solve the problems ourselves and then I will speak with you.”
