The latest photos stemming from the training ground of Premier League giants Manchester City confirm an altogether timely boost ahead of what is set to prove a crucial week for the club.
Pep Guardiola and co. will of course first be back in European action on Wednesday night, when the Sky Blues make the trip to Madrid for a Champions League quarter-final 2nd-leg showdown with Atletico Madrid.
Then, just three days later, City will turn their attentions back towards matters on the domestic front, in a highly-anticipated FA Cup semi-final meeting with Liverpool.
So, it is safe to say that Pep Guardiola is no doubt desperate to have as many of his key performers fit and available to feature from the off in both outings over the course of the next week.
And, as alluded to above, on Monday, the options set to be at the disposal of the City boss, for at least one of the games, have been handed a potentially significant boost.
This comes on the back of photos surfacing of Ruben Dias back in training with the rest of the Citizens’ first-team squad.
Portuguese international Dias has of course not featured in sky blue in any fixture since the beginning of March, owing to a hamstring injury.
The 24-year-old, though, now appears primed for an imminent return to the pitch, amid the hope that he could yet play some part at Wembley on Saturday afternoon.

Spoils shared at the Etihad
News of Dias’ return of course comes just 24 hours on from City, without their star stopper, playing out what many would no doubt argue marked the club’s most important outing across the season to date.
This came in the form of a Premier League showdown with title rivals Liverpool.
In the end, though, a pulsating 90 minutes, featuring chances galore, saw both sides forced to settle for a share of the spoils, owing to strikes on the part of all of Kevin De Bruyne, Diogo Jota, Gabriel Jesus and Sadio Mane.
