Arsenal are the team with the strongest interest in the forward.
The Gunners have already had a bid rejected for him.
Mikel Arteta’s side seem to be pressing the hardest to get a deal done.
However, Spurs are also believed to have been readying an offer.
Fabrizio Romano and Gianluigi Longari have both stated Tottenham’s intentions to bid for the Raphinha.
Chelsea have also been keeping tabs on the 25-year-old as Todd Boehly looks to make his first signing as the owner of the Blues.
FC Barcelona are the final club chasing Raphinha but their financial situation is unlikely to allow them to make such a move.
On the situation, Fabrizio Romano told Caught Offside:
“I know that Arteta is really in love with Raphinha, but Tottenham & Chelsea are in the race.
“Raphinha had given his OK to Barcelona as a priority, but is now really open to listening to English clubs. The decision will take a few days.”
