John Wick Chapter 4 Trailer: Keanu Reeves Befriends A New Dog Amid His Revenge Against The High Table

John Wick: Chapter 4 just got a new trailer – in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. After revealing its long running time of 2 hours and 49 minutes earlier this week, Lionsgate has now released a full trailer for the next chapter in Keanu Reeves’ popular hitman saga. The final chapter sees our titular assassin embark on a quest for revenge across the world to overthrow the High Table organization that previously betrayed him at the end of John Wick: Chapter – Parabellum. John Wick: Chapter 4 is set to hit theaters around the world on March 24.

The second trailer for John Wick: Chapter 4 opens with our main hitman (Reeves) preparing for his high-octane mission, to the tune of Nas’ “Got Ur Self a Gun.” “If you win, you’ll have your freedom,” the Marquess of Gramont (Bill Skarsgård), a high-ranking member of the High Table, told Wick, agreeing to the latter’s request for single combat. The rules were laid out somewhat in the previous trailer, where it was hinted that Wick must survive and meet Marquis at dawn or else it would lead to execution, and only one of them can survive. The trailer then cuts to show Akira (Rina Sawayama) in action – a bladed killer who latches onto an undisclosed individual and continuously stabs them. Wick says “Amen” in a clever editing trick that sounds like he feels sorry for the victim.

The John Wick: Chapter 4 trailer then leads into a flurry of action sequences, as he takes down armored attackers, crushes some with an axe, and is seen speeding randomly through the streets. There’s also a brief glimpse of blind assassin Caine (Donnie Yen) who teams up with Wick to slice through hordes of enemies with his trusty katana. “The only way for John Wick to have freedom and peace is in death,” says The Elder, a mysterious High Table leader who dwells in the desert, in the John Wick 4 trailer. However, our protagonist catches up to him in time and points a gun at his face.

As we return to the city streets, we meet a new canine friend who scours the cars and rushes to help Wick in his fight. The John Wick: Chapter 4 trailer ends with our hitman and the dog staring at each other, the latter emitting an innocent whine. The upcoming film also brings back returning characters in Laurence Fishburne’s The Bowery King, Ian McShane’s crime lord Winston, and Lance Reddick as Continental Janitor Charon. It also stars Hiroyuki Sanada (Bullet Train), Shamier Anderson (Stowaway), Scott Adkins (Dead Reckoning) and Clancy Brown (The Shawshank Redemption).

John Wick: Chapter 4 bursts into theaters worldwide on March 24. In India, the film will be available in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
