Samsung Electronics today unveiled the Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G, two innovative smartphones that advance Samsung Galaxy’s commitment to designing exceptional mobile experiences. These new additions to the popular Galaxy A series will help users shoot stable, crisp video, see clearly even in bright conditions, and do more of the things they love with over two days of battery life.¹

Take stunning day and night photos, enhanced with creative editing tools

The Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G deliver stunning images with clear quality even in bright conditions, using Samsung Galaxy’s leading night photography and artificial intelligence capabilities. Whether users want to capture the perfect selfie or connect via ultra-smooth video calls, the Galaxy A54 delivers stunning detail with its 32MP front camera.

New smartphones produce incredibly clear video, combating shake and blur with improved optical image stabilization (OIS) and video digital image stabilization (VDIS). Even with unsteady hands or when shooting on the go, users can be sure to capture impressive content. For adventures after dark and in low-light conditions, Night mode helps users capture more detail by expanding the camera’s pixel size.

Users can also now remove unwanted shadows and reflections for the first time in the Galaxy A series, thanks to improved editing tools.

Both devices feature immersive Super AMOLED displays, measuring 6.4-inches² on the Galaxy A54 5G and 6.6 inches³ on the Galaxy A34 5G. Both screens have been upgraded for amazing outdoor visibility, even in direct sunlight. With the improved Vision Booster and 120Hz refresh rate, displays will follow users as they move between different lighting conditions.

The Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G also guarantee up to four generations of operating system upgrades and five years of security updates. These features give users access to the latest software and security to maximize the life cycle of the smartphone.

Stay connected without compromising security

Enhanced mobile experiences are built on advanced security. With Samsung Knox, data is kept locked away with military-grade mobile security. Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G allow users to access the Security and Privacy Dashboard, making it easy to see how apps are tracking data and providing easy ways to stop unwanted data collection . When users want to share important files containing sensitive or personal information with the ultimate level of privacy and control, there is private sharing.⁴ This allowsusers to share files only with designated recipients within specified time limits and with screenshots disabled.

Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G are also compatible with the Samsung Galaxy ecosystem to provide seamless connectivity between devices. Users can get 100GB of cloud storage and easily back up photos to OneDrive with a six-month trial of Microsoft 365 Basic,⁵ accessible on the Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G.

Availablity

The Galaxy A54 5G will be available in four color options, including Awesome Lime, Awesome Graphite, Awesome Violet, and Awesome White. The Galaxy A34 5G will come in four color options including Awesome Lime, Awesome Graphite, Awesome Violet, and Awesome Silver. Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G will be available in March,⁶ starting with select markets in Europe and Southeast Asia.
