Ole Gunnar Solskjaer surprised Manchester United staff recently with gifts.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sacked
Manchester United would part ways with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer last month after a torrid start to the 2021/22 campaign.
Solskjaer’s final game in charge of the Red Devils came when they were put to the sword by a relegation-battling Watford side.
This would prove to be the final nail in the Norwegian’s United coffin after embarrassing defeats to the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool and Young Boys already this season.
Manchester United can confirm that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has left his role as Manager.

Manchester United have since moved onto a new boss, with Ralf Rangnick taking charge of three United games so far.
These would see United beat Crystal Palace, draw with Young Boys and see off Norwich this past weekend.
Solskjaer’s gift to Manchester United staff
Despite leaving the club last month, though, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has sent a generous gift to staff at the club recently.

As reported by the Daily Mail, there was surprise at United’s training ground when a bundle of luxury Christmas hampers turned up.
It was revealed that the hampers in question had been sent by Solskjaer to key staff members.
The report adds that OGS is still held in great esteem among workers at Manchester United and his act of generosity made for some emotional scenes.
