Honor X7a specs and images leak

Honor unveiled the Snapdragon 680-powered X7 in March, and it looks like the company will follow up soon with an ‘a’ variant, the specs and images of which have leaked online.
The Honor X7a, like the X7, is built around an HD+ display, but it’s a bit smaller (6.7″ vs. 6.74″) and has a lower screen refresh rate (60Hz vs. 90 Hz). The screen has a notch for the 8MP selfie shooter, but we don’t know if it has the same specs as the X7’s front camera.
At the rear, the Honor X7a features a quad-camera setup comprising 50MP primary, 5MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and 2MP telephoto units. The smartphone has the Helio G37 SoC at the helm with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It runs Android 12 out of the box and packs a 5,230mAh battery, which is 230mAh more than the X7’s cell. However, it’s unclear if the charging rate remains the same as the X7 (22.5W) or if it’s different.
The source claims that the Honor X7a, which will be more affordable than the X7, weighs 196g and has a side fingerprint reader. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack and will be offered in two colors – Midnight Black and Ocean Blue.
