Honor is readying a mid-range phone with a 6 Gen 1 SD SoC and a big battery

According to the latest rumors on Chinese social media, Honor is working on a mid-range smartphone powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. And if Honor does it soon, it could very well be the first handset with this SoC on the market.
Along with the chip, the shared image also mentions a curved OLED display, up to 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and a 6,000mAh battery.
Honor is gearing up to announce the Magic5 series and Magic Vs foldable global rollout at this year’s MWC in Barcelona, but this new mid-ranger will likely be announced elsewhere. According to the tipster, it is in its final stages of testing, so it could possibly be announced even before MWC. We will be on the lookout for more information on this.
