Honor is preparing to launch a new smartphone with a 100-megapixel rear camera. High-res renders of the yet-to-be-announced new Honor handset have surfaced on the web, showing off its design and a few specs. The leaked images suggest blue and black colorways for the device. It is presented with a perforated display design. The mysterious Honor smartphone also appears to have a triple rear camera. Details on the name of the phone are unknown at this time.

Renders of the new Honor phone that has yet to be announced have been share by well-known tipster SnoopyTech (@snoopytech). As mentioned, the renders suggest black and blue color options for the upcoming smartphone. It appears to have a center-aligned punch-hole cutout on the screen to house the selfie sensor. Additionally, the volume rockers and power buttons are visible on the right spine, while the SIM tray is arranged on the left edge. The top edge appears to house the microphone and IR blaster, while the secondary microphone, speaker grill, and USB Type-C port sit on the bottom edge.

On the back, the unannounced Honor smartphone sports a triple-camera setup arranged in the top left corner of the handset, which looks a lot like the camera design on the Honor X6. It is seen wearing a 100-megapixel main sensor. The sensors and the LED flash are placed on two parallel lines in the rectangular module. The Honor logo is placed on the rear panel. However, the nickname of the device is unknown at this time.

As of now, Honor has not confirmed the development of any new models with the aforementioned design specs. So this information should be taken with a pinch of salt.

The Chinese smartphone brand recently unveiled the Honor 80 Pro Straight Screen Edition in China. It features a 6.67-inch OLED display and is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is backed by a 4,800mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.
