FTX Co-Founder Sam Bankman-Fried Freed on $250M Bail, Reports Say

Sam Bankman-Fried, the co-founder and former CEO of collapsed crypto exchange FTX, walked out of a Manhattan courthouse on Thursday after being released on $250 million bail, according to The Associated Press.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Nicolas Roos reportedly said it would be the largest pre-trial federal bail ever. Bankman-Fried will be under house arrest at his parents’ home in Palo Alto, Calif., until his next hearing in New York on January 3.
