The new TWS offering brings active noise cancellation with Adaptive Sound Control that adapts noise cancellation based on your activity. The headphones will automatically switch to ambient mode when they sense you’re walking or waiting at a bus stop so you can hear announcements and then resume blocking out your surrounding noise when you’re on the bus.

Each WF-C700 earbud weighs just 4.6 grams and pairs via Bluetooth 5.2 with support for SBS and AAC audio codecs. Sony promises multipoint pairing with a future software update that should arrive later this summer.
The new buds also offer 360 Reality Audio spatial sound, DSEE sound upscaling and EQ fine tuning through the Headphones Connect app. You get physical buttons on each bud that offer programmable single, double, and hold taps.
The buds promise 7.5 hours of playback with ANC on and 10 hours with ANC off. The 300mAh battery case extends those numbers to 15 hours with ANC on and 20 hours with off.
