Moise Kean to leave Everton once again; Inter & Fiorentina interested

Everton’s Italian international forward Moise Kean may well be on his way out of Goodison Park again this summer regardless of the remaining 3-years left on his current contract on Merseyside.

Kean spent last season on loan at Paris Saint-Germain, hitting 17-goals in 41-appearances across all competitions for the Parisian outfit in what was the best goal-scoring return that the youngster has produced thus far in his career.

According to TUTTOmercato, both Inter Milan and Fiorentina are mooted to be interested in the services of the former Juventus youth product. Both clubs have scope for seeking a deal this summer, with Inter losing Romelu Lukaku (though remain interested in Duvan Zapata and Joaquin Correa), and Fiorentina under constant pressure surrounding interest in Serbian international starlet Dusan Vlahović. With Everton open to a loan deal and not necessarily an outright purchase, this could present a more viable avenue for both Italian clubs.

Thierry Small given the go-ahead to speak to Man United and other Premier League clubs

Everton starlet Thierry Small could maneuver for a way out of Goodison Park in the near future as the Toffees prodigy has been given the go-ahead by the Premier League to open discussions with other clubs.

Small, who has yet to sign a new contract with the club this summer, now looks to prefer a move away with the likes of Manchester United, Arsenal, and Aston Villa among the domestic clubs mooted to be interested. Continental clubs have also been rumored to be keeping tabs on the Solihull-native, including giants Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

Now 17-years-old, Everton has already tabled contract offers amounting to a full professional contract for the club’s youngest-ever Premier League debutant, but thus far have been rejected. Though a contract may still be accepted, the Toffees may have to make do with financial compensation if he views another club as a better avenue for his development moving forward.

Increased bid could prize Matheus Nunes from Sporting CP

With Portuguese outfit Sporting CP hoping to cash in on a few player assets this summer, Everton could have a chance to seal a deal for Brazilian midfielder Matheus Nunes but will have to move quickly as Sporting are rumored to want to sell only one of Nunes or João Palhinha.

Interest from the Toffees has not been mooted heavily of late, but recent interest and the desire for Sporting to improve their financial situation during the Covid-19 epidemic and the need to sell to generate revenue could reignite a potential deal between the two clubs.

Any deal for the Brazilian is rumored to cost the club in the region of £17million, however, and would have six other midfielders to compete for minutes which include Abdoulaye Doucouré, Allan, André Gomes, Tom Davies, Fabian Delph, and Jean-Philippe Gbamin. But given that he is still just twenty-two, such an investment would offer Everton a long-term central option as part of a new midfield core under Rafa Benítez.
