Aurelio Buta a ‘priority’

First up, Everton look to be eyeing a move for a right-back.

Aurelio Buta has spent the last three years plying his trade with Belgian outfit, Antwerp.

In that time the 24-year-old has made 110 appearances, scoring two and assisting 20 along the way.

And now, according to the Daily Mail citing the Sun, Everton are preparing to make a move for Buta.

Buta, who has just one year left on his current contract, impressed Everton scouts last season and Rafa Benitez has made him one of Everton’s primary targets this summer.

No potential fee is mentioned in the report, but given he is not playing in one of Europe’s top five leagues and does not have much time to run on his contract, it is hard to see Buta costing too much.

Sean Longstaff under consideration

Another player Everton are said to be targeting in the final year of their contract is Sean Longstaff.

The midfielder previously played under Rafa Benitez was the Spaniard was Newcastle boss.

And now, the Liverpool Echo are reporting that a move for Longstaff is under consideration.

Again, it is not mentioned what a potential fee could be. But Longstaff did only feature 22 times in the league last term, suggesting he is not that essential to Steve Bruce.

Kean could join Inter

Finally, after spending 2020/21 on loan at PSG, Moise Kean is once again been tipped to leave Everton.

Reports stemming from Italy suggest that Inter Mian could move for Kean this summer, especially on loan if the opportunity presents itself.
