Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition, Life is Strange Lead PlayStation Plus Extra, Deluxe Games January 2023
Devil May Cry 5 and two games in the Life is Strange series top the January lineup of free games coming to the PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe/Premium catalog. From January 17, top-tier PS Plus subscribers will have access to the critically acclaimed former title, where you hack and cut through a hellish foray when the seeds of a “demon tree” take root in Red Grave. City. Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition will be available to play on PS5 – the PS4 version will also make its way to PS Plus Extra subscribers. Both Life is Strange titles will be available on PS4. Along the same lines, this month we also have Ericaan interactive FMV (full motion video) thriller, where you shape the choices and consequences of the titular character, who is tormented by nightmares of his father’s murder.
In Dragon Ball FighterZ, you can create your dream team of characters and hone your skills to master team combinations in 3v3 battles. The included story mode pits you against Android 21, an all-new character, whose creation was overseen by mangaka Akira Toriyama himself. Then strap on your wingsuit and feel free to blow up structures in action-packed Just Cause 4: Reloaded as you switch between weapons and multiple vehicles.
Sony unveiled the list on its PlayStation Blog, revealing all the new games available to PS Plus Extra and Deluxe members in January (PS Plus Deluxe is known as PS Plus Premium in some markets). Last month’s catalog included three Far Cry games, alongside Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Yakuza 6: The Song of Life, to name a few.

The blog post also mentions the PS Plus Classics catalog, which is exclusive to PS Plus Deluxe/Premium members. This month brings Siphon Filter 3, Star Wars Demolition, and Hot Shots Golf 2.
Late last month, Sony revealed the three free games available to all PS Plus subscribers in January. Until February 6, PS Plus Essential, Extra, and Deluxe members can add Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Bethesda’s first multiplayer adventure Fallout 76, and Axiom Verge 2, an 8-bit adventure where you explore a sprawling ancient alien world , to their libraries.
PlayStation Plus Deluxe subscription starts in India from Rs. 849 per month, while Extra subscription starts at Rs. 749 per month. Sony is also holding a sale for its PS Plus plans, which ends tonight, January 13, where you can get 12 months of PS Plus Extra and Deluxe for Rs. 2,999 and rupees. 3,749, respectively. The discount is only available to new users while existing subscribers save 30% when upgrading.
