COVID-19: “No university is at high risk,” says Nzimande
Higher Education Minister – Blade Nzimande have said there are no institutions in high-risk at the moment.
He said seven institutions are mildly as risk, while 19 are having low risk.
The minister further said:
“At least 12,000 students and staff have been trained to manage COVID-19 in universities.”
Nzimande said universities are available to take in 100 percent of students.
He rendered an update on their attempts to curb the spread of COVID-19.
