Callum Hudson-Odoi set a Chelsea record during win over Malmo
It has been revealed on Tuesday that Callum Hudson-Odoi set a Chelsea record during the Blues’ win over Swedish side Malmo in the Champions League.
Chelsea see off Malmo
Chelsea played out their 4th Champions League clash of the season on Tuesday evening.
Thomas Tuchel’s side have had a fine start to the campaign and were expected to dispatch Malmo with ease.
And, when the German named a fairly strong eleven on Tuesday, it seemed even more obvious that this is what would happen, especially as Malmo had not scored a single goal in the knockout rounds before taking on Chelsea this week.
However, the Blues actually struggled to break the Swedish outfit down and only managed to pick up a 1-0 win on the day.
That goal came in the second 45 when Callum Hudson-Odoi, who was handed a rare start on the right-wing, played a superb ball across to Hakim Ziyech who slotted home to give Chelsea all three points.
