Huawei has adopted Intel on the 16 with good results from 12th generation processors. Decent battery life is complemented by impressively fast charging speeds, all wrapped up in a sleek, premium design.

But the MateBook 16s is by no means perfect. Performance is limited during demanding tasks without a discrete GPU, while Huawei has decided not to use a separate number pad next to the keyboard despite there being plenty of space for it. Although there are plenty of ports, you are missing an SD card slot, so you may need an adapter.

However, all of these things would be easy for most consumers to overlook. Whether they are dealbreakers in a business environment is up to you.
