Barcelona hit with further woes as Aguero to be out until November
Aguero’s stance on Messi departure
In an emotional press conference Lionel Messi said goodbye to Barcelona and the opportunity to play alongside Argentina team mate and close friends Sergio Aguero.
The former Manchester City striker joined the Blaugrana this summer in the hope that he would be playing alongside Messi.
The pair won the Copa America together this summer but would not reunite in the Catalans’ famous shirt.
After some speculation of Aguero’s feelings as to the situation, speaking to the media from his car, he said, “Don’t worry, you have me all year long.”

Missing as many as 3 months will not be the best way to start off his time in Catalonia.
However, as covered by 101 yesterday, the form of Memphis Depay could certainly go some way to making up for his absence.
Barcelona will be looking to try and reclaim their La Liga crown having seen both Madrid clubs win the title in the previous two seasons.
Messi’s departure and now Aguero’s injury will be of a big concern to Ronald Koeman.
