Antonio Conte ‘agrees’ to take on Arsenal challenge on one condition
Arsenal’s nightmare start
Arsenal’s 2021/22 Premier League campaign has gotten off to an absolute nightmare start.
The Gunners would begin their season against newly-promoted Brentford, who had never played a game in the Premier League before this season.
The Bees, though, were able to take advantage of some poor Arsenal defending, especially from Ben White and Pablo Mari, to earn a 2-0 win.
Arsenal followed this up by losing 2-0 to Chelsea in the league, though that game could have easily ended with Chelsea netting four or five.
And, this is exactly what Manchester City did in Arsenal’s last league tie before the international break, putting five past an Arsenal side who are experiencing their worst start to a top-flight campaign since 1954/55.
For the fourth time in their history, Arsenal have failed to win each of their first three games to start a top-flight league season:

Conte to Arsenal?
Such a poor start to the campaign has already seen Mikel Arteta’s future at the Emirates called into question, with reports at the back end of August suggesting that the north London outfit are likely to make Antonio Conte their first choice to replace the Spaniard.
Now, a further update on Conte potentially taking the Arsenal job has emerged via Spanish outlet, todofichajes.
They claim that Conte was contacted over a week ago and has agreed to take on the challenge as long as he gets the job before October passes:
Antonio Conte was contacted a little over a week ago, after Arsenal’s first two defeats, agreeing to take on the challenge as long as it does not pass the month of October, as he would have no room for improvement.
