Aaron Ramsey at odds with Juventus hierarchy after multiple approaches have been rebuffed

Ramsey ‘irritating’ Juventus hierarchy

Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey has built a wall between himself and the club hierarchy after the Welsh international is said to have continuously rebuffed advances from a trio of clubs who are vying for his services during the January window.

In a report from Mail Sport, Ramsey is said to have rejected potential moves to three Premier League clubs; Newcastle, Wolves, and Burnley.

This comes in the wake of Massimiliano Allegri confirming that Ramsey is free to depart the Allianz Stadium this month as he is very much on the outside looking in at the Serie A giants, with Allegri going as far as to label the former Arsenal fan-favorite as an ‘outgoing player.’

The Mail cites a report from Calciomercato via Football Italia in claiming that the motivation for Ramsey to remain steadfast in his decision to reject offers that have come across his mobile is due to his insistence that he will be able to earn a move to a more reputable Premier League outfit rather the aforementioned trio.

Vieira keen on Arsenal connection at Crystal Palace

But another Premier League outfit could come calling for the Welsh star with rumors that Crystal Palace may be in a position to leverage an Arsenal link between Ramsey and manager Patrick Vieira.

Though Palace sits below Wolves in the table, the football on offer at Selhurst Park during Vieira’s first season in charge is certainly reminiscent of what transpired on the pitch at Arsenal when both Vieira and Ramsey plied their trades for the north London giants.

In that vein alone, there could be an avenue for Palace to add quality to their ranks in midfield, especially with the notion that on-loan Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher is likely to return to Chelsea in the summer to fight for his place at Stamford Bridge.

A deal for Ramsey would go a long way to replace the England international even if his injury record could work against him.
